Volleyball Basics
- Court dimensions: 60 ft long × 30 ft wide (18m × 9m). Net height 7'4¼" for youth girls, 7'11⅝" for youth boys.
- Six volleyball positions: Outside Hitter, Middle Blocker, Opposite Hitter, Setter, Libero, Defensive Specialist.
- Volleyball scoring: rally scoring, games to 25 (win by 2), best of 5 sets, 5th set to 15 if needed.
- Basic rules: 3 hits per side max, no double contacts, no catches/lifts, serve from behind end line, rotate clockwise after winning serve, no net touches or center-line crossing.

- Best beginner drills: wall passing, target serving, partner setting, shadow footwork, block jump training.
- Age groups: youth players ages 8–18 with elementary (8–10), middle school (11–13), and high school (14–18) tracks.
- No prior experience required — we work with complete beginners through advanced players.

Sessions & Equipment
- Private 1-on-1 sessions: 60 minutes. Semi-private (2 players): 60 minutes. Small group (3–6 players): 90 minutes. Camps: 2–3 day intensive formats.
- What to bring: athletic clothing, court shoes (non-marking soles), knee pads, water bottle. We provide all volleyballs and equipment.
- Parents are welcome to observe from designated viewing areas.
- Video feedback is included in all private and semi-private sessions.
Pricing & Packages
- We accept cash, check, and all major credit cards.
- Packages are valid for 6 months from purchase date.
- Sibling discounts available in semi-private and small group sessions.
- 24-hour cancellation/reschedule notice required; late cancellations forfeit the session.

- Skills covered: serving, passing/serve receive, setting, attacking/hitting, blocking, defensive positioning.
- Position-specific development for setters, hitters, middles, and liberos/defensive specialists.
- Tryout preparation is a specialty — focused on what evaluators look for and confidence under pressure.
- We work with players at all levels including those on club teams.

What are the volleyball court dimensions?
Standard volleyball court dimensions are 60 feet long by 30 feet wide (18m x 9m) with a net height of 7 feet 4¼ inches for youth girls and 7 feet 11⅝ inches for youth boys.
What are the six volleyball positions?
Outside Hitter (left side attacker), Middle Blocker (center position), Opposite Hitter (right side), Setter (playmaker), Libero (defensive specialist), and Defensive Specialist.
How does volleyball scoring work?
Rally scoring where every serve results in a point. Games are to 25 (win by 2). Matches are best of 5 sets; the 5th set goes to 15 if needed.
What are the basic volleyball rules?
3 hits per side maximum, no double contacts, no catching/lifting, serve from behind the end line, rotate clockwise after winning serve. Players cannot touch the net or cross the center line.

What age groups do you work with?

Does my child need prior volleyball experience?
No. We work with complete beginners through advanced players. Drills and programs are customized based on current skills.
How long are volleyball training sessions?

What should my child bring to volleyball training?

Can parents watch the sessions?
Yes. Parents are welcome to observe from designated viewing areas at all locations.
Do you offer video analysis?
Yes. Video feedback is included in all private and semi-private sessions; we film key drills and provide analysis to reinforce proper technique.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash, check, and all major credit cards. Payment is due at booking for single sessions or upfront for packages.
Do session packages expire?
Packages are valid for 6 months from the purchase date.
Is there a discount for siblings?
Yes. Siblings can train together in semi-private or small group sessions at discounted per-player rates.
What's your cancellation policy?
24 hours notice required for cancellations or rescheduling. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours notice forfeit that session.
Do you offer position-specific training?
Yes. We specialize in position-specific development for setters, hitters (outside/opposite), middles, and liberos/defensive specialists.
Can you help with tryout preparation?
Yes. Tryout prep is a specialty. We focus on the specific skills evaluators look for and help players perform confidently under pressure.
